Russell National School Lunch Act, signed into law by President Harry Truman in 1946.

Student Testimonial

"I love Mrs. Collins and Ms. Sandy. And I love playing outside with my friends. I love learning about Jesus and I love that I get to pray everyday for my Mimom. Oh, and I love playing with the toys in my school." -Emily Pre-k
