Re-Registration form for 2021

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we all look forward to the beginning of a new year, we also are

looking forward to making plans for the 2021-2022 academic year.

In this regard, we ask that you complete and return the attached

“Early Re-Registration” form indicating your intention of having

your child/children return to Our Lady Star of the Sea Regional

School for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year.

Your prompt attention in completing and returning this form to us

no later than Monday, January 25, 2021 will be appreciated.
